Hi can someone help me please?
I am completely new to the world of multitracks and havent got a clue, i have recently got the Zoom R8 and im struggling with the basics.
i cant seem to record more than one track, for example how do i get it to play back say a rhythm guitar part whilst recording a lead guitar part over the top?
i know i must seem like a complete idiot asking this but would really appreciate some help.

Hi Slittle

You can download a manual for the R8 from the Zoom website if you don't have one.

Also, there is a specific - and much better attended ! - forum here for the Zoom multitrack recorders - you would likely get a better response if you posted there. (I know it doesn't list the R8 on that forum heading, but there are plenty of R8 posts there, as it shares many features with the R16 and R24).
