Got a Golden Age Gap Pre 73 mic preamp today. I thought I wasn't going to like it at first. I sat down and started fiddling to some drums in Sonar and the next thing you know I have a blues song being written and recorded. I think i like this preamp after working with it all evening. All tracks are through it besides the drums and the orgam which was NI B4 vst.

Hope everyone is well.

Thanks much Barb. Took me darn near all day, kept getting disturbed.

My ears are hurting after all that.

Thanks MSB

The drums are Addictive drums vst, and they definitely sound bigger than EZ drummer. These drum sounds are mix ready, and EZdrummer I think expects you to do the processing on their sounds. I'll be using Addictive drummer a lot more now

Can't seem to let up, so I'll post this new one right here. I need to remix this, though, compressor made the little lead part too loud.

Man! You got a way with "Da Blues", Dude!!
This is soooo cool! I especially like the guitar leads. I think even BB King would be impressed.
Seriously. I've heard you tackle every genre from Pop to C&W, but I think Blues is where you do your best.

This is some of the best blues there is.
Awsome guitar skill you have, I much prefer listening to you then to Hendrix.
To go with the fantastic lead guit you have a very nice background rythm section. I would like to hear a woman voice in duet with yours on this song.
Fantastic :applause:

I love this. Very nice mix. Your vocals are good as well. Guitar at the beginning.. well all the way through is off the chain!!! Drums and all other instruments just right as far as I'm concerned. Wow! hearing the guitar solo right now. Nice work! I have a new appreciation for blues music.
