Outstanding playing and great video too. Great job to Miner also. Surfer, you are becoming the "go to guy" for the YRG. I hope they are putting these videos on their website to demonstrate what this instrument can do.

Jay-Zeus, Marc, you're fearsome. :metal: If you were only 25 years younger and had some cool hair...

And big praise to JB too. I think you guys should do an album together. You know, with actual songs 'n stuff. :^:

Hey Marc!

YOUR GUITAR'S ON FIRE, MAN!!

Question. Were you recording the vid as you were actually playing, or did you record the audio and do the vid after?

Oh, and great jam track, miner!

:^:

It's a little tricky gettin it right.
First you load the jam track and YRG(or instrument of choice) into your DAW.
Second you set up the video cam
Now you hit REC on the video cam and then REC on the DAW
I got lucky on this one and nailed a decent take first try
Next load the rendered audio and video files into your video editor
Now you have to line up the performance w/the audio
Lastly I trim the unwanted bits from the beginning and end so you don't see me mouse clickin'.

Hey, everyone's doing guitar videos! No sooner had I finished watching bedroom productions with Matty in the time bum section than this turns up.

All great fun, but in the video the backing track seems quite overwhelmed by that odd guitar-like thingy you're stroking. Maybe a music only hi-fi link?

What is our miner's role in this?

Next step must be to film against a blue screen and then add the background of your choice!

Pete

Ha! You really are getting the most out of that YRG.

You've developed a really impressive style on tha thing. Very entertaining video as well.

Now you need to start filming from different angles and cutting it all together :)

Cheers

Dick

Great track, great smoking fire video guys!
Great skill on the guitar playing guys!
This is good but not good enough though to go mainstream or substream. it's like an unfinished project, there is no lyrics and no lead vocal. No main wire to keep us connected and no message.
Rythm guit was great and lead too, but no message, no hook, work on that is my advise but what do I know?
