Nice. The music and vox sound like a combo of Peter Yarrow with a touch of Gordon Lightfoot. The story is very interesting and contains elements of a more modern setting ("Goth" girl etc.) The recording is superb for the 802.

You are quite the storyteller. It helps that your diction is so good. This reminds me of the performers at the fair back in the 60's just their voice and a guitar. The intro and your playing right through the end is excellent. The recording is very clean. An easy listen.
