I'll kick things off with a link to a so-so website. Why? Because it's the site for a great FREE magazine that you should be getting. http://TapeOp.com

Harmony central is my favourite -

It has everything to one of the biggest Tab archives in the world to
new gear reviews (the PS02 has a huge user review section in here)
Recording advice and free online music / guitar lesssons.

For songwriters looking to get a little more feedback than just Zoomers:

http://www.musesmuse.com

Check out the songwriting and critique forums.

Warning: People are way more critical over there than here!!!!
Sometimes that's a good thing, sometimes it isn't!

http://www.audiominds.com is a good site for introduction to mixing with a lot of useful links. The site is a spin off from N-Track forum.

They especially feature a link to a very interesting pdf doc about mastering (Ozone mastering guide). That really opened new horizons for me, mastering can make such a difference to your sound! It even worked on some old band recordings, they sound 100:1!!
