I have an AJA video capture card the has AES/EBU Audio in/out. Two channels per cable, BNC connector. I was wondering how I get that out to speakers etc. I assume through some form of digital mixer. Do you have any ideas what I might use? Thanks larry

You could go with a digital mixer or if you don't need the functionality of a mixer you can just use a digital to analog converter box. Maybe something like the Motu HDX-SDI.

I think they're in the neighborhood of $850 USD.

Thanks for the information. I did find several converters that can work. Trying to use the AES audio is getting gear intensive and I may just use the AJA for video and find a different workflow for the Audio. That way I can use the gear I have.
